Kissena Boulevard

Main Street Kissena Blvd, Queens NY
This was my old stomping ground and holds a lot of memories for me, my sister, and our dad who passed away years ago. My dad would have clams on a half shell chased down with a cold draft beer, while I'd have an amazing NY link hotdog.
The number 7 train ran under the bar so you cold hear it and see the people heading down the stairs to catch the train into NYC. The hotdogs and pastrami (or corn beef) would be in the window just calling you inside for a short stay before your commute into NYC or any number of destinations.
It looks completely different now, but at least I have this photo to remind me of the time we spent there, and that's really all I need.
